Advice needed, please serve..?
I was working for a venue organising and promoting live music and entertainment, my Ipod be playing behind the tavern during the night for the music surrounded by between acts. I accidentally disappeared it there overnight, within the morning it had disappeared. Can I ask the principal to claim from the pub insurance to get me a foreign one? What should I do? Thankyou.
Answers: Well, unfortunately, the pub would more than expected NOT have insurance for others property and they would not be liable for your loss since it be your responsibility to keep track of it. You would be more imagined to get this remunerated under your homeowners or renters insurance.
Was the pub surrounded by charge of your Ipod? In other words, were they the ones playing the music from your Ipod? Or be you the one playing it. If THEY were surrounded by charge of the Ipod, you might be able to convince them to buy you a hot one, but would you really want to burn the bridge with this pub? It may not be worth jeopardizing future gigs within this bar for the few hundred dollars you would gain by getting a current Ipod.
Good luck to you!
