They hold only succeed by reducing their numbers from over 2000 different companies to smaller number than 100. And that 1 grows every month faster than most grow in a year.
No, they own a decent profit border built into their pricing structure. No need to commit fraud. Besides, insurance companies enjoy spent tons of money creating an infrastructure to identify fraud.
