I lately get fired after 7 years of what i thought be tricky work .can i apply for severance or no.and carry it?

will i be able to get severance until i find another job. and after working there so long . do i even dare to put him down as a hint.
so long as you be not fired for insubordination or something similar, you should be able to get severance benefits - sign up online for your state TODAY-don't wait
You should list the company on your resume, but no personal hint. Your next employer will ask why you left, you will want to come up with a truthful answer. If your new employer call your old employer, they can get sued if they don’t communicate the truth. That’s why most employers only articulate acceptable answers when someone calls them, similar to how long you worked there only. Companies don’t similar to law suites

If you were let move about for cause, probably not. If it was for work performance or something like that, you possible will be able to. Either way, apply and see what comes of it.

Good luck.
As long as you weren't doing something maliscious to get fired, you should not own a problem getting unemployment compensation. Apply as soon as you can. You don't need to use prior employer as a suggestion if you don't want to.
i am going to star this question...I soon may be out of a post and in need of job loss.

Answers:    If he fired you because something you did wrong, no I wouldn't use him as a reference. Atleast try to get dismissal, but don't stop looking for a job!
