If not, you may wish to re-post this contained by a section for your type of industry. In our business, insurance, we own a very dignified attrition rate. Most everybody that comes in, go out. Usually within weeks. Almost other within months.

Hire the right associates. The override keeps you self-employed. The money can be great. But the hours can be brutal. Sixty hours a week at first is not going to be extraordinary. When you come home, just remember to greet your wife by HER baptize!
