AHCCCS (AZ insurance) Age & other requirements?

When applying for AHCCCS do you have to be a constant age?
If you already have insurance but are not covered surrounded by an area you would similar to coverage in, can you still apply?

You can have other insurance. The other insurance will be primary and AHCCCS will be subsidiary and pick up what the primary doesn't cover.
