What can we do if LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) of India does not argue our policies properly?
I have 7 LIC policies within SSS(Salary) scheme. LIC population are not maintaining the policies properly. Though the amount be sent, there are showing gap in their soft facts. Later, they are not updating properly. I gave written complaint second month. one month passed. LIC could not regularise my policies due to staff problems and technical problems, they say aloud. What can I do later? How to complain further?
Write to Chairman, LIC of India beside copies of all correspondence . your post will be done. very simple,basically trust on lic and change your premium mode from sss to per annum or half or qurterly than their will no problem or at your branch ECS is working than turn for it .
There is no necessitate to worry. The premiums are compensated through your salary, And hence you maintain the salary slips within tact, in armour of any problems in adjectives. That's enough and do not verbs about updating the chronicles in time until the later life.
