Is near a difference between frozen rain and twine on roof vandalize?

I was denied an insurance claim for roof damage cause by high winds on 04/10/08. Reason for denial, they said it be previous damage from a hail storm ending year. The insurance company that denied claim is Texas Fair Plan.

Thanks again guys! you have no idea how stressed i am!
Just stinks.
Did you kind a claim for hail last year? If so be it paid?
Hail and wind are two different types of losses. Contact a public adjuster and tolerate them fight for a fair settlement.
Yes, wind and hailstones are two different coverages, usually bundled together. Hail leaves dents in the shingles. Wind lifts the roof/shingles rotten the house.

I can see them saying the depreciated value of the roof is NOTHING, beside the prior damage and the age of the roof . . but that's NOT the reason they quoted.

Answers:    yes near is a difference between damage from hail and meander. if it was determined that it was frozen rain damage then claim it from the storm final year under who ever carried the coverage at the time and see if they will cover it.
