to be specific, its about a pregnant girl, she asked my sis-n-law. and near i was, i have to open my mouth, i've be surfing the net profusely and i cant find anything. she is 6 mths. preg. i know its gonna be difficult but i would really apreciate any hint!

yeah, first answers totally right surrounded by regards to Pre existing, I deem it doesnt apply to pregnant women though. What i can advice is bid Blue Cross of Ca and ask them that directly. You should have insurance back then. Well I cannot promise but try to speech to them.
