Is full coverage vehicle insurance required for traveling out of the country?
if yes, how much would it cost? I have state farm insurance.

You'll have to phone up your agent, to see how much it would cost to add it to your policy. HOWEVER. The standard auto policy only covers you within the US and Canada. If you're in TX or CA, you "might" have a Mexico sanction, you might not.
If you're traveling to Europe, it doesn't matter, as your policy won't cover you in Europe.
So no, it's not required for traveling out of the country.
