Anyone enjoy any experience next to coverage through Coventry Health Care?
The University I work for recently switched their insurance coverage from United Health Care to Coventry.
I've one and only been to one doctor's department visit, which be in January, but in attendance have already be two billing errors by Coventry - they denied coverage when they should have agreed it. They keep adage they'll fix the problems, but haven't yet.
Their website is also dreadful - difficult to navigate once I've logged it. They don't give detailed claim information similar to every other insurance provider I've had. Half of the links don't work so purely making an online complaint is an obstacle.
Anyone else enjoy any experiences with Coventry - positive or denial?
Answers: Coventry Healthcare is one of the carriers I write for, I place Medicare Advantage business next to them. I have have a few issues with commission charge back in error, adjectives of which have be resolved over time. The customer/broker service line I use 866-386-2330 to resolve issues is other staffed 24/7 with friendly face willing to assistance, so no complaint there. I don't resembling their web site any, and don't use it, I just phone them. Good Luck
