If somebody dies and have duration insurance, but you not know from whom. What do you do to integer that out?
You run through their checking account statements, to see what company they've been paying - because they own to pay at least once a year. Or you dawdle, until they get the annual statement from the life insurance company.
There's no internal database where you can look it up, if that's what you mean.
If you are the executor of the estate, you can payment a fee and have an application force out done. You can either search question to find out where (as I post it about 4X a daytime, when everyone asks it) or email me seperately for the info. If you're not the executor, you can't do it.
Answers: Search through all the papers and documents in their house if they hold a policy you should come across it.
You may have to go through adjectives the old checkbooks to find when the premium was final paid. This might mean looking final as far as one year.
If they were employed they may have some coverage next to the employer.
