Insurance companies?

I have a cross-question regarding Medi-Cal provider agreements. Is here anything that states that to be a medi-cal provider , the provider must comply with some California law that protect employees and their nouns?

Like for example , like a medi-cal provider company cannot treat their personnel unfairly , they hold to follow certain California employment rules contained by order to be a medi cal provider

I am doing research on how healthcare company personnel are protected by the California laws . Can you relieve me with that?

Thanks

Answers:   No, because those law already exist. Health care workforce don't have any extra protection, than adjectives the rest of the employees surrounded by CA.
Anyone or company doing business in California MUST abide by CA employment law as well as the any applicable federal law. The is no way around this contained by anyway. Employees should never be subject to discrimination within anyway.
