If I hold customers sign a waiver, For going on a ride. Do I still entail insurance?

I am thinking about starting a business where relations go on a big ride down a ramp. Other businesses that do this have waivers to sign in the past the people can go on the ride. But do I want additional insurance, or is the waiver enough to cover me.
Thank you.
You definately need insurance. Waivers don't hold up in court, they solitary deter some people from filing a lawsuit. No one can sign away their right to sue for injuries.
You bet, because even with the best of waivers, a hot-shot lawyer can cream you by if nil else dragging you through the courts--You could win, but still lose

A tight waiver sure wouldn't hurt, but neither would tight insurance

Answers:    That waiver won't hold up within court, and it sure won't "cover" you.
