Stewart Title Insurance?
Who knows around title Insurance?
I am being pushed around by Stewart Title company, have money in an escrow justification with one of here agents. The agent embuseled alot of money, they tell me they dont enjoy to pay.

You need to provide more details. There is no road that a title company can deny their responsibility for money entrusted to them in an escrow report. They have what is call a fiduciary duty to protect the funds they have contained by their care.
Call your State insurance department to seize more information.
Title insurance doesn't apply to your situation.
You need to profile a complaint with your state bank department. And a police report.
