To AFLAC or not to AFLAC?
Trying to take negative posts w/a particle of salt. Going for 2nd interview today w/AFLAC. Looking for part time work 20-25 hrs/week. Is this faithful? If you work for AFLAC and like it, please contact me. Not looking to get rich, but bring home $1,600/month. Thanks!
Answers: Insurance is a massively tough business. If you are new to the business $1,600 per month for a new agent is going to be tremendously tough to make. Aflac like other insurance companies will hire only about anybody in hopes that they will draw from some sales. For the insurance companies its about volume the more they hire the better kismet they have of finding somone that will actually survive surrounded by the business.
Unless you are a prodigy, working 20-25 hours per week you will be hard pressed to be in business after two months.
