you should do first ,making of prospect list segment astute and start from the low profile people for built up your self and then you should progress for open market,also request to prepare your self complete and filch target and disclosed to open. all the best

Answers: You need leads, you can buy them on-line, I similar to vimo.com. If your not going to spend money on leads buy a phone list and cold give the name but you better read the book below first. In my almost 10 years I have found these to be the best resources.
