Answers:    You don't need to prepare, In reality you are not trying to grasp them to hire you they are really trying to recruit you. They will hire just nearly anybody, the main requirement is a pulse. With career companies it's almost volume, they hire as many new recruits as possible, 80-90% will clear up out during the first year the rest will may survive to have a career.

If you are sure you want to attain into the business NYL does offer what is widely considered the best training in the business. I started my profession with them and saw plenty of new recruits that really have no chance of making it but were hired anyway.

This can be a great business but you want to be prepared financially to just scrape by contained by the first year.
