How much do motor insurance agents seize salaried?
My fiance & I own a small, well established independent insurance agent in Raleigh, NC. We would similar to to hire a licensed CSR/agent to work in our business, but have no hypothesis what the going pay rate is in our nouns. Any ideas or insight would be much appreciated..

it depends...are you wanting to pay them straight remuneration, an hourly wage only, or partial commissions? I can tell you most places within Fayetteville pay an hourly wage depending on experience. If the csr has no experience or completely little they usually start them at about $8-9 an hr. It goes up near more experience. I CAN tell you that you should pay them what they are worth. keeping a obedient csr in your agency is a BIG asset.
