Workers Comp Insurance requests to distribute me support!?
I was injured at work within Feb. 2007. Since then, I enjoy had 2 diagnosis. The Worker's Comp doctors said that it be a strain to my lower back, but two other doctors (including a renowned surgeon for the Steelers, Dr. Maroon) believe that I enjoy torn the ligaments on the left side of my spine that connect my spine to my sacrum. I be recently obligated to see another doctor lower than Worker's Comp that has ordered me subsidise to work! He said that I am recovered and can return with no restrictions. I hold not received a paper clich¨¦ my benefits are ending? I own contacted a lawyer but do not own an appointment until tomorrow. I cant sleep so that is why I am posting this.

Unfortunately has the doctors done any MRI's or x-rays to determine that here is a torn ligament on the left side of the spine? If not you might want some species of testing to see if you hold any ligament damage, if your state allows it you might want to attain your own IME doctor to review you. See if your doctor will conduct tests.
You are entitled to an attorney. At this point you'll own to go put a bet on to work, generally it's a moral idea for an adjuster to dispatch a letter to notify you.
