Will a chapt. 7 collapse disqualify for obtain a Property and Casualty Producers Insurance License?

Answers:   You won't hold any problems with the state, as far as taking the classes and endorsement the tests. The problem is that to be licensed, you must hold a company sponsor. Most companies are going to run a credit and background check until that time sponsoring you for a license.

I wouldn't say that you are automatically disqualified, but depending on which companies you want to be licensed next to, you may have a unyielding time.
