Used to be call Fire Legal Liability - it's a coverage on a contents policy which includes coverage for property you do NOT own, such as the building, in crust of something, like a fire, that it ends up you're legitimately liable for causing.

ie, you rent the building, you enjoy a bonfire inside of it, the bonfire goes raging & burns the building down, YOUR policy pays for the building, to the owner, not the owner's building.
