if you mean you obligation to file a worker's comp claim, your company is required by tenet to have the company's insurance info posted somewhere viewable for any member of staff to view. but, if for some object, you are unable to find it...lug to the hr department or your manager and communicate them you are filing a claim. if you come upon any problems, contact your states "department of insurance" and ask to speak beside the worker's compensation board. they'll help gain you on your way
