What are some reason businesses choose not enjoy Flex Spending Medical programs?
If a business has other partition 125 programs like offering strength insurance, why may they not offer the Flex Spending so that workforce can use pre-tax dollars for things like goggles and their copayments?
Answers: Can't think of any. The with the sole purpose reason I initially thought they wouldn't do it, be because of the admin costs. But if they have flex spending for dependent guardianship, etc, then they already own the admin costs - I can't see why they wouldn't do medical.
