There is no such article as "free" insurance. If your income is sufficiently low, you may qualify for Medicaid.
To apply for Medicaid benefits, you should go to your local Department of Human Services. They will need your income information and supporting documents.

You can try to capture Medicaid. It's welfare insurance. It doesn't cover optical and dental, it covers health. It's based on HOUSEHOLD INCOME.

I didnt own any medical insurance until I got a job that offer benefits. That would really be your best bet. There is one out there for you if you look! (Im 25 btw and I got this errand 6mos ago so I know where your at)
