Question around Commonwealth Care surrounded by Massachusetts?

I have Commonwealth fastidiousness and i was just this minute hired by a company that offers condition insurance. There's no way i can afford the insurance (i earn smaller quantity than $15k per year and i'm in institution working part time). If i decline the insurance will i be automatically disenrolled from commonwealth trouble? If so, can i appeal this decision? I cannot be in motion without insurance, as I hold multiple health issues that i see doctors for on a monthly principle. should i turn down the job proposition and look for a job that will not provide insurance?

Am I eligible?
You are eligible for Commonwealth Care if:

you are age 19 or older
you are not eligible for Medicare, MassHealth, TriCare, the Medical Security Plan, the Fishing Partnership Health Plan, or mandate QSHIP college student insurance
you meet the income restrictions
you are uninsured
you are a citizen, a qualified noncitizen, or noncitizen with special status. Undocumented noncitizens cannot take Commonwealth Care. See Can noncitizens get MassHealth? for more information.

You are considered uninsured if:

you do not hold health insurance that covers doctor's visit and hospitalization, and you have not be offered employer-subsidized health insurance within the past 6 months where on earth the employer covered at least 20% of the annual premiums for a clan and 33% of the annual premiums for an individual

or you have be offered employer-subsidized insurance, but you are in a waiting time of year for coverage

or you have vigour insurance, but you are paying the full premium cost under COBRA or a nongroup plan

Commonwealth Care is lone for adults. Children get MassHealth instead of Commonwealth Care.

So if your employer doesn't cover at lowest possible 33% of the premium, you can decline it and will still be ok...
