Please help!?

me and my husband to be are wondering if there is a way we can find out if his dad had a will. His step nother tells him no info at all thanks
I don't know what state you live in, but where I live (louisiana), I can go to the clerk of courts office and usually find out what I want to know there, including wills. However, if you find nothing there, then it's possible the will was left with an attorney, or is being held by a relative (not sure about the legalities of this but hope this points you in the right direction). Also, have you spoken with an attorney yet? If not, you need to.
unless he dies, or if he tells you himself, then NO there is no way to find out. unless he is dumb and has it in the house somewhere

I saw a TV Program - a guy can read your mind and talk to dead people and then those dead people tell him what you wanna know. Its true - I saw it on TV. I am forgetting the name of the show. This guy also appeared on Larry King live. Do some google search - you will find him. Good Luck.
I dont know.
Not sure how recently he passed away . . . but you can always go down to probate court to see if someone filed it after his death. Those are public records. If not, unless she lets him rummage through his papers, it's probably safe to assume he didn't have a will.
is he already dead? if so and if he had a will, won't it be recorded
in the Probate Office
Wills are usually public record. You can go the county clerk's office and look that up. This will apply if he is alive or has passed. As far as I know all kin have a right to review the will and destroying a will is illegal in all states. Good luck.
