Why not purchase robustness insurance for her on the individual market? If she is contained by reasonably devout health, she should qualify simply fine.

Try a community support clinic or your local health department. she any needs to be put on your insurance, or covered through her errand. why isn't she?

She can call to doctor office, and see what the cash price is for a drop by. She can call the form department in ATlanta, see if they hold any free/sliding scale clinics. County Health Department is free.
Walmart is crack clinics. There are walk-in clinics everywhere. Their prices are reasonable.
