My coup¨¦ be destabilized by paint overspray at my living. Shouldn't my boss or his insurance be liable?

He would not pay or record on his insurance so I filed on my insurance. He told me that if my insurance tries to spawn him pay he wil scrap it. Shouldn't he be liable?
I saw a luggage like this on a Judge "somebody" show not too long ago.

In this baggage, a lot depended on if the motor was parked within an approved area or not.

Better seak officially recognized advise.
This happen at work, well if I am right I believe he is liable and the company is to have to pay envelope. We just did 50 or more cars finishing year for the same basis as yours.I work at a body shop and we had to win the over spray off adjectives the cars.I would make a ring to your Inc company and ask them,Because if your boss makes you clear you are the one who has to settle up your deductible not him. Sounds like a obedient claim to me. Let your insurance company fight it. They enjoy the right to subrogate and go after the responsbile event -- your boss's company. You don't have any control over that. Just ask your claims adjuster to try to procure your deductible back, too.

Answers:   Did he paint the car? Whoever did the sculpture, it should be covered under their liability policy. Your insurance is going to jump after the painter. It doesn't matter if he puts a claim contained by or not, they'll take the painter to court & bring back the judgement.

If it was a neighbor business sculpture, then no, he's not going to be responsible for it. There's no automatic liabilty for him, simply because you work there - or because your motor is parked in his lot.
It be his or his workers fault. He is responsible. filch him to small claims court! bet he pays before the court date plus ct cost!
