My friend agreed to an online modeling contract and very soon she have to take-home pay $300?

What should she do? Does she have to comitt to it if it be over the internet? Will she get surrounded by trouble if she doesn't pay? This is surrounded by Austria. Help please. Thanks!
Yes - scam.

She might want to consult a laywer if the company she agreed with is anyone difficult.

Internet, mall, magazine... it's adjectives a scam.
If she in actuality signed the contract, then she is obligated to reimburse the fee, if not the company could take her to court for it. However, if the contract say nothing roughly speaking the $300, she would not have to payment. She should really read contracts thoroughly before she signs anything contained by the future, and she should also avoid Internet scam. I've never heard of any top models person discovered through online modeling agencies. Your friend was scammed. Legitimate model agencies do not ask models to pay packet fees in credit for representation. They want her to pay an exhorbitant amount a short time ago to put her photos on their web site. Tell her to cold-shoulder them, or better yet, report them to the FBI. They investigate Internet fraud, and can notify the Austrian authorities.
Well yes she does have to agree to it if she hit yes I agree than she is needed to discharge. If the site said that she would not have to discharge then yes she does not own to pay consequently she can send them an email proverb that and ask to be let out. They can not really tie her down and speak about her she cant leave. If they turn down to let her out consequently you need to ask a friend who is surrounded by law to look it over and ask if she have to pay or if nearby are any loop holes. Is it with explore talent? What site is it? If it's online, I doubt she signed anything. How weak is she? What information did she give? All they can do is pressure her into paying, It doesn't come across likely that they hold a legal claim to her money. Try ignore them for a while and if that doesn't work, get a attorney and tell them you'll whip them to court if necessary.
SCAM. Whether its here in the US or over in that in Austria. Run similar to the wind. Believe me, these idiots will only just move on to the subsequent target.

If you haven't paid DO NOT! Agents simply get money when you grasp work; they get a percentage of what you be paid.

In the states its usually 20% for print, which is what models do.

Here is a great website devoted to modeling scams:

http://www.modelingscams.org/

It tell you what to look out for.
Because it's a scam.

She should not reward.
How infirm is your friend? Is she underage? If she is, then no.
Personally, I suggest this is scam and she shouldn't pay. However, if she is really concerned more or less it, the only entity that can help her is a advocate. If she were really pretty, they would be paying her to model not the other road around
this is a scam, and 10 bucks says you will no longer be capable of contact this "agency"
wave bye-bye to those 300 hat.
First of all--there are not a hint modeling agencies that do contracts online...period. An agency will not present you a contract without seeing you surrounded by person. If they are interested they will enjoy you fly out-you pay. You will later if accepted be reimbursed/compensated if a contract is made, and you find work.

It's a scam, she doesn't have to wages. PERIOD.
She has be scammed. Dont pay it or any other fees. They are worried going on for scamming others not trying to get $$ from your friend. How could they , its internet probably run out of someones subterranean vault your friend is an idiot for believing that 'modeling' nonsense...why are culture so naive...? markedly its a scam...nevertheless, if she didnt sign anything i doubt its binding...wouldnt be in the states
sorry but that is a scam...NO REAL agency charges you anything.. its probably a scam
well how much info (personal) did she furnish? just articulate screw you!! or run away! thier big scammmers! tv always have these shows on stuff like that. Tell her not to compensate or do it at all. Over the internet things close to that are usually scams.
