I read that Blue Cross Insurance have discounts for plastic surgery, lasik surgery and Jenny Craig. Has anyone?

here used these benefits on Blue Cross?

Blue surrounded by NY offer discounts for Weight Watchers, not Jenny Craig. That might ebb and flow by state. The discounts on plastic surgery and Lasik is communication to me though - that might be a specific rider on the plan that an employer can select.
