Looking for a well brought-up insurance company to represent within California?
I'm a licensed insurance agent in California. I've be through 3 firms in 3 years and did not generate much money at all. Now I'm working retail waiting to grasp back surrounded by the game while my license is purely wasting away. Please, no AFLAC or World Financial Group referrals. Training is non-existent at AFLAC and the WFG those were gone astray of integrity. Could anyone recommend a good company to work for explicitly structured and has a polite training program. Thank you.
Answers: First of all insurance is incredibly complex. I have be in the industry 10 years and still revise things every day. Since most agencies contained by California are independent training is hard to come by. Quality training is almost impossible to find. Experience is the best professor in this industry. I would reccommend you subproducing for an agency that represents heaps insurance companies and you will soon learn the industry. Where are you from? Our company have training every Tues and Thursday night.
