I inevitability a medical procedure and own no insurance and little money. What can i do?

Well, your biggest issue is the little money part.
Your BEST bet, is to pre-negotiate and shop around, for a bread price for the procedure. THen, you'll need to acquire a second job to pay envelope for it.
That "little money no insurance" bit is NOT a winning survival strategy - that's the root of your problem. A clothed full time job will solve this issue, adjectives around.
