Answers:   Zero. They don't have to adopt ANY payment, and they credible won't. They'll just dance to court and garnish your wages.

I'd influence, if you can do 1/4 over the next four months until it's salaried back, you can avoid the collections. But if they hold to wait more than four months, they'll lately go to court. It's more sure.
