If I want something notorized, do I own 2 construct up a contract & hold it signed later nick it 2 b notorized?

I want somebody to agree to something legally. So do I draft up a contract, hold us both sign it, then a moment ago take it within to get notorized?

You must BOTH sign contained by front of the notary. They will do their little "raise your right hand" speech and it'll all be kosher. You can spawn your own contract.... it can be anything from "Bob promises to pay me $1 for scratch my car".....to real celebrated stuff. The contract doesn't need to be adjectives "properly documented" in form and what not. But remember, the signatures MUST be surrounded by the presence of the notary.
