Should insurance companies be capable of exempt 'Acts of Darwinism' from coverage?
Answers:
"Darwinism" is considered by many to be the polar in front of of "God," and since "Acts of God" are exempt from coverage, it is clear that "Acts of Darwinism" ought to be fully covered. That, of course, is not to hint that Acts by Darwin are covered, because if Darwin comes back from the unresponsive, that surely must be an Act of God and thus, would not be covered. I hope this answers your question.

Some are exempted if they dive under criminal distraction. Also some hazardous hobbies.
But the wonderful people who we read around in the darwin books mostly aren't the insurance-buying types. Well, it's creeping into the law already (in the form of "stupid Driver" law. Possibly the insurance companies have grasp outs clauses for certain dubious behaviour.
Arizona's stupid driver regulation includes driving round a police - road closed sign, into a flooded wash (during monsoon season). Rescues cost ALOT of money. Isn't darwinisim evolution?? So, your kid's a mutant, you want the robustness insurance to not cover them?? I'm not understanding the request for information, I think . . .
