Are adjectives insurance agencies commissiom base job?
I have several resumes online at different sites. I tend to get 2 or 4 emails around someone viewing my resume and that I qualify for the postion. But I turn them done because they are commission based . WIll I make any money working this type of charge? Or will I make money through saling insurance? Please respond.
Unfortunately, the only qualification for lots of the companies that respond to on-line resumes are that you are currently breathing.
Almost all insurance sales are commission base, although some companies may give a small salary or finance to people just starting out.
95% of adjectives agents fail in the first year, and partially of rest fail in the second year. Can you breed money? Yes. Will you make money? Possibly, but no one here will know.
Answers: Zarnev, you are killing me, LOL.
The trick is they run someone who is qualified because they are breathing and they feed them such a line of BS that the conscript actually thinks they are something special, presently that takes skill.
If you are interested sales try motor sales first, the prospects come to you it is much easier.
Yes, any sale related insurance position is USUALLY commission based because that's how the Agency gets compensated by the Company. Some Agency's pay commission plus a salary and others foot a straight salary...it all depends. If you're posting online resume's your probability of finding a salary position could be small because it's usually the small agency that will offer a straight net and they aren't usually looking at resume's online.
I've been selling insurance and working in the industry for yesteryear 10 years and love it. You get out what you put in.
depends on what you want to do - at hand may be administrative positions in insurance agencies, but open positions will be few and far between compared to agent job and most,if not all of them will be commission base, so you can expect to be poor for awhile - some may offer a low salary to start, which convert over to a 100% commission take-home pay over time - if you don;t like cold calling and people clich¨¦ no to you, then sales isn't for you
