I Own an Oxygen Bar and in a minute hold a Beer & WIne Lic. -- Cannot go and get Insurance!?
I need to find liability Insurance for my Oxygen Bar that will cover me for Beer & Wine. All companies are turning me down due because of the Oxygen/Beer. Can anyone direct me to a company that would pass a policy. There are many of these bar out there, what Insurance do they use? I ring up them and leave messages but so far none hold returned the calls.

If they can't comfort you, ask your oxygen supplier and oxygen equipment supplier who they would recommend.

Contact your State's Bar Association (legal bar NOT alcoholic bar) and also check near the state chamber of commerce.
Call an insurance broker that has access to several companies to write insurance beside. There should be a surplus and excess lines company that will have a open market for your business. Also you could contact your states insurance commissioners office for direction. Good luck.
