Public liability insurance?

my husband is self-employed and would like to have insurance but it is so expensive!! he is a heavy machinery driver, any suggestions on websites or companies who offer this, thanks!

presumably he is self employed, go and see a broker that have access to a number of different insurers, Cornill, Allianz and so on.

If your husband mainly works for one company then check the amount of cover he needs to buy, usually £1m, £2M or £5M

iv'e been self employed for a year now and i use Moorhouse public liability insurance cost me £152.69 a year. but i dont drive heavy machinery.
