I am a college student surrounded by Alaska and newly broke my foot and I dont hold insurance is their an agency w/ abet?

Look for your county's strength department online OR their welfare office. You may qualify for benefits. Also, have a word to the clinic or hospital billing department. They may require proof of your diminished income/earning ability but contained by some circumstances they cut your bill to something more manageable.
thoroughly doubtful. just walk to the emergency room , they'll still help you. it's up to you whether you pay envelope the bill or not.
Most Hospitals have social workers to comfort you with financial question. If you have no money and can prove it...I'm sure you will qualify for some assistance.
It is call "Anchorage Neighborhood Health Clinic" Located just south of downtown. Tuesdays are homeless sunshine. Probably reduced rates or free.
