I think coverplan provided the warranties sold by Dixon Stores. If this is the case, I believe all correspondence for coverplan is dealt with 'in house' by Dixon - they even have a coverplan complaints dept at their H.O.

Dixon stores are now Currys or Currys digital. I would suggest you call the H.O. customer services on 0870 850 333, and ask to speak to some one who deals with coverplan - then get an e-mail address.

PS. If you complaing about a warranty - good luck. I've always thought they are a waste of money and full of so many terms and exclusions, that it wasn't worth paying for in the first place.
