If my Property and Casualty insurance license expired of late over 2 years ago will I obligation to retake the exam?

It says that I can relicense if it have expired within 2 years but I would want continuing education classes but I wont be capable of take those contained by time before the license expires.

This is a NY license.
Since it's expired over two years, you have to re-do the classes and re-take the exam.
In Texas, you singular get a 90 afternoon grace period once your license have expired.

You don't necessarily need to rob the classes over again, but you will have to appropriate the exam over. Since you've been surrounded by for a while, the exam should be an easy one for you!

Best to hold on to up on those CE Classes...I think the exam costs around $150 respectively time you have to lug it.

Answers:   miserably the answer is going to be yes in most situations. You can ring the NY State Dept of Ins for more info, (518) 474-6630. BUT call right away! If you passed a try-out within the second 2 years you are eligible still so it stands to reason you may know how to renew still. providing you have the proper continuing nurture. good luck.
