Where can we buy a commercial drug coverage rider. Our health ins does not cover prescription drugs.?

After changing jobs and losing group health ins. coverage, I purchased individual coverage for my wife and myself, but it doesn't include prescription drug coverage. It is very difficult to find any insurer that sells ONLY drug coverage, but we keep looking.
