Is this like private nursing in your house? Or private nursing home coverage? Or a cleaning service??

The first will be hard to insure, you'll probably end up in the excess market; the second shouldn't be too tough. In either case, get your phone book out and start calling agents. Skip the "a"s and go to the middle of the alphabet - they will be more likely to be willing to quote you.
