Is there anyway to go around the insurance policy. so u have to pay less co-pay?

i've bluecross insurance and they charge me awfully more than i can afford. is thier anyway to reeduce the amount of the co-pay that i have to pay everytime i go to a doc.
Yes. You can agree to pay more in monthly premium in exchange for a lower co-pay.
However, you will find it is much, much better to pay a higher co-pay in exchange for a much lower premium.
You have to decide if it is worth it to have a higher premium for a lower co-pay.
If you have insurance such as Blue Cross make sure your claim has been submitted to Blue Cross in order to receive the lowest negotiated rate. Once this has been done, you can always contact the web service below:

Remember going forward when picking a doctor it is your responsibility to ask questions, example- shop for medical services. Ex. if you need an X-Ray, call several doctors and ask what they charge for X-Rays. If your car needed a tune up, would you just walk into a dealer and say just do a tune up, or would you ask the price of a few places first.

You also might want to look into changing to a HMO plan, this type of plan normally only charges copays for services, ex. sick go visit the doctor who does some testing and only pay a copay (10. normally).
