Life Settlement Help!?

I am interested in finding a company that will do premium financing and give the insured a lump sum upfront instead of after the sale on the secondary market. Any sugestions?

well, if the insured is considered terminally ill by a doctor, the insurance policy may have something called an Accelerated Death Benefit rider. if this is chosen, the insurance company will send a check for a percentage of the death benefit (75% or so) to the owner of the policy while the insured is still living. this allows them to use the money to pay for final expenses, medical bills, etc.
