Will Workers' Comp pay for my Viagra?
I hurt my back moving a case of Taco Shells.
Now I am at home collecting WC untill I get better.
No, not unless you're in the porn industry and suffered a job-related injury which made you unable to have an erection.
Well they should!
The nerve of that place expecting you to move tacos by yourself!
No, unless you live in Nevada, work as a prostitute, and the injury made you need the viagra - ie, you can't "perform your job duties" without it.
wat in god's name do u need viagra for? quit thinking bout sex and viagra is not covered in ne work contract with ne company
If a neurologist/neurosurgeon can establish a CLEAR causative relationship between damage to the nerves involved in the erectile process, this could be considered a compensable injury. However, you would have to prove this was not a problem before your back injury, which may be difficult.
Of course they will pay.
Have the doctor give you a paper prescription, don't let him call it in for you. Then make sure you get a female (or a fancy boy) when you go to the pharmacy. Turn on your best charm and ask what it would take to turn this script into Viagara. Tell them you'll let them sample the results and wink slightly.
I've done it a hundred times...uh..um...for a friend who needed Viagara. Works every time.

Hmm, you allegedly hurt your back, not your wanker.
What a doofus!
Due to recent government cutbacks in the Workman's Compensation Act, you will be provided with a matronly Hush Puppy shoe wearing fluffer.
no, but your medical insurance might have to pay for the BLINDNESS that is caused by VIAGRA!!
