Holiday Insurance for over 70's?

my nan and gramps are going abroad and insurance is so expensive can anyone recommend a good insurance company or broker? My gramps has had a heart bypass 9 years ago and my nan has rheumatiod arthritis.....

Try Medipac international,maybe they can do something for you.I have been using it for the last 6 years and found that they have the best prices and the least restrictions. GOOD LUCK.
