Accident and hurt?
hi i am a truck and few days ago when i am just excited from truck hit by a saloon i have some seroius injuries on deep-seated of incident report i have 50/50 break police take this skin as a non fault crust from both of view (car driver and me none issue any ticket or arrest)please speak about me what can i do

you caused the happenstance as much as the other..
good example.. is..what i read..your departing your vehicle..and traffic is moving..and you get hit..
to be precise the way i read it..and yea.. you enter into traffic..to leave your saloon..
why do you expect traffic to stop???

Well, the POLICE do not determine fault, sorry. There are standards of failing, and entering & exiting a vehicle IS a standard of fault. So more than potential, YOU will be found at fault.
