How do you become a licensed truck/auto insurance agent fot the state of california?
i'm interested in becoming an insurance agent/broker for commercial vehicle. How do i get started?
Attend a class (a few days), filch the test and you're licensed to vend.
Thats it. Oh yea, you need to hook up beside someone that has some contracts next to insurance companies that sell Truck insurance.
That parts for a while more difficult. Most insurance companies don't hand out company appointments.
Well, you go to the CA insurance website, and see what you call for to do to take the property casualty license test. Then you outdo the test, and THEN you find an insurance company ready to let you get rid of their insurance.
The last division is the hardest - even Progressive wants you to own some experience. You're best off working for an agency, for a commission split.
You go to the California Department of Insurance site, and look for Producer Licensing. That will explain what you own to do to get the license.

Answers: hi here, being an insurance agent is not as glib as you might think. it desires some skills, i mean ability to make someone agree near your opinion coz you own to make him/her believe that insurance is impressive. i think you should read some refs on auto insurance and this blog may be adjectives for you. wish u nouns bro.
