How do I reward my shrink since in a minute my insurane doesnt repay for it?

I have to discharge her $50 for 45 mins. I used to get a slip of quality newspaper with some unloading attached to it to give to her...but do I still seize that paper? Do I pay cheque her directly? do I still go up to the reception to sign within somehow? or what? (new york city if it matters)

It really depends on how she's set up. Sometimes you'll settle the therapist directly. If she's contained by a shared office near other therapists and have a receptionist, or has her own receptionist, you'll across the world pay the receptionist.

I'd suggest calling her department and asking - the receptionist or office negotiator should be able to answer your question on payment and billing when your insurance isn't paying for the service.
